As part of your race preparation I think it is a great idea to sit down and think of anything that might go wrong during the race and what you would do about it if it did. This way if it does crop up at least you have an action plan to deal with it. You will therefore be more prepared and in control of the situation.
Use the PDF below to help guide you through the process or just freestyle and do it on your own. Not everything will be applicable to every race and your answers will vary from race to race too so I would suggest doing this each time you have a race coming up.
