  • I currently weigh around 11 stone 12 and feeling like I am heavy but I've run 19.05 for 5k. I want to get down to 10st 7 to feel good about myself but I don't want this to affect my running. Am I overthinking things too much? (00:01)

  • Is there any decent evidence around BCAAs for ultra runners? (13:50)
  • I've found that during long distances races in the past (Multiday Ultra's) , I've had gut issues during the first day but recently I've found I perform better on a lower carb intake i.e 60g carb/hr but a higher sodium intake via electrolytes to keep hydrated. I think this is going to be a problem when I start doing longer one day events i.e Montane Spine Sprint, I want to move fast and keep high energy levels! What can I do? (16:50)
  • I get terrible nausea after a long training session (20 mile +) or after a long distance event. As an example I did a trail marathon this weekend, fuelled regularly throughout with veleforte chews and bars and took on 1.5 litres of fluid. I felt great during the run but nausea set in an hour after finishing. What can I do to stop this? (23:00)
  • When should I take caffinne and what are the benefits? (25:00)
