- I have Achilles tendinitis in both legs that has come and gone over the past 8 months. Can you help me with loading advice. Am trying 2 runs per week, 2-3 miles at a time. As seems to tighten up after that. 2-3 strength sessions a week, bike and eccentric calf work with isometric holds. It is mid portion Achilles. (25:45)
- The bursitis, inflammation on the outside of my hip is still warm, swollen and sore, often stings. It has not responded to topical anti-inflammatory or ice. Walking helps but over 5-8k I have felt need to ice, tried a jog but hip didn't like that either. So feeling like I can't do much. Is there anything else I can do? (30:30
