- I’ve been having issues with my achilles for around 6 weeks now but it does seem to be easing so just looking for advice. Initially I was getting a pain after a mile but not a sharp pain. Didn’t make me stop but I reduced my distance. Afterwards pretty achy and looked slightly inflamed. I did take 4 days off running during the third week but made no difference at all. I’ve been foam rolling my calves since then and now it seems to be easing in that I don’t feel anything during my run (I don’t think!) but later in the day and next morning it’s achy again. Is this just the result of tight calves or something else? (00:00)

I have a strange bruised feeling pain top of my pubic bone after running. I think it started around the time a e bike rode into me on my bicycle, and I hit my pubic bone fairly hard approximately 9months ago. It stopped hurting after 2-3days then, But now I’m marathon training it’s got more noticeable, and can get quite sore towards the end of long runs. It can also radiate down to my coccyx area. How can I ease this? (6:50)
- I have a knee pain in the front of my knee cap and the bursa gets inflamed. It is getting better but I have felt this for 4 months now. Is it the patella or Quad tendon? (15:00)
- I have a pain in my groin towards the back of my leg and it is uncomfortable and not feeling right. What could this be? (24:00)
- I've been getting a really painful ache in both my lower legs after about 10 minutes of running, which doesn't ease off when it comes on. I can't really pin it down to anywhere specific other than just above my ankle/lower calf, and maybe more on the sides of my lower calf rather than centrally. I've been stretching and foam rolling which has helped the tenderness but not the ache during running. Every physio I've ever seen has always told me I've got tight calves! What can I do to get rid of this ache? (31:50)
