  • When I'm doing things like dead-bugs, my left hip/hip flexor area makes a big clunk when I dip my foot to the ground. It's not painful at all, just feels odd and sounds like something is jumping about there! Assuming I would notice if my hip was dislocated, what is causing it? If it's something like tendons, is it a sign of an issue and should I be doing something to stop a potential future problem? (00:00)
  • I struggle with weak calves, particularly the soleus on the right leg. I do all the calf strengthening exercises as well as foot work and calf specific plyo work weekly. Although I am seeing a slow improvement, I feel like this remains a big weakness and I am overlooking something possibly? Where else on my body could this be referring from? Should I be looking at hamstring or hip or glute strength/mobility. Could it be a running shoe issue? (3:20)
