Earlier in the year I had a left foot problem (similar presentation to Morton's neuroma but wasn't!) and a podiatrist recommended an insole with arch support and met pad. That problem has now gone away, but I'm still wearing the insoles on both sides. I have since developed very tight quads, and I sometimes get shooting discomfort and a weakness feeling down the outside of my quad and into the knee. Mainly on the right but also sometimes the left. Could this be down to the insoles altering my gait, and should I now remove them? (25:30)
- When I try and do the glute med exercise where you push your knee against the wall, my glute doesn't fire. What can I do to strengthen this? (28:00)
