- Do you have any advice for managing iliac crest pain? My issues started about 4 weeks ago, doing some hip circles and felt some tightness around my left hip/side. Thought nothing of it, set out on my run and within 1/2 mile in I was in quite a lot of discomfort above my left hip/wing of ilium area. Completed the run, and hobbling afterwards. Took two weeks off running, which time it felt fine again, then have tried to build up my work load over the last 2 weeks but frustratingly the issue flared on the weekend and I cut my long run short. It's still too sore to run on currently. Do you have any tips on managing this? How long should I rest for? Should I be doing core exercise or something else to strengthen this area/maybe my core? - I’ve been getting tight pain in the outer leg below the knee, I used to get it only on 1 side after training for long periods of training but it’s happening on both sides of the knees now. It the outer side of leg just below the knee. Flexibility is absolutely fine but this tighten/burning keeps coming back after long periods of training. It seems to come back just before a big race. - I’m in my late 50s, and have stiffness & low level pain in the tendon running from lower inner thigh to inner knee, then continuing around and just below my knee (pes anserine I believe). There’s no swelling and I don’t have any discomfort when running/cycling but have reduced flexibility in this knee and it is painful when I do stretches to help improve flexion. I would appreciate your thoughts on best way to manage this. Does massage help and how far should I push stretching to try and improve the flexibility. I would appreciate any tips to help stretch & strengthen this area to improve and hopefully alleviate symptoms? (23:00)
- I’ve got an Achilles niggle, haven’t run in almost a month but still cycling and swimming. Doing isometric hold etc but is there anything else I can do and when/how would be sensible to get back to running? Thankfully no big races until Dec so I can take my time with the return. (27:30)

- I was running downhill and tripped over a tree route which hurt my inside thigh. On steep downhills it hurts and I have to hobble/walk down. Been trying to fix it but haven't been able to get rid of it completely. (42:25)
