Also can I run parkrun but at a slow chilled pace? There is no pain in the joint when running, but pain sets in for hours after. I have tried cycling on a spin bike but that was painful after also.   • I've been struggling with my Achilles for about 10 years. My Achilles and my ankles hurt, and it has got worse in the last month. I also am getting runner's knee on the same side, are these related? What can I do to help this? (21:15)
  • I did a fast marathon, and after the marathon, my left hip started to get a slightly numb pain. When I run, this happens for about 15 minutes, it then eases and then comes back on later in the run. What could this be? (31:45)
  • For the past few weeks, the back of my heel has been a little bit sore, and my ankles hurt when I rotate it. It doesn't hurt to run, but I've decreased my runs lately due to illness and not to make my ancle heel worse, and it's no better. My calves are also tight. I've been doing yoga and S&C each week as normal. Any advice or exercises would be much appreciated. (42:45)
