I've been suffering with post tib tendinopathy since early Feb. It came out of the blue after a long run on tarmac, there had been no pain at all before that run. The pain is, and only ever has been, more of a pinching in the medial part of ankle joint than along the tendon. Please could you let me know what types of exercise you'd recommend for rehab but to stop recurrence (19:50)
- Pain in the back of my heel that feels hot and sore, doesn't stop me running but I can feel it. It's on the bony bit next to my heel. What could this be? (32:20)
