  • I've been having an issue with my tight glute, physio has said it's fatigued. Some days it's fine and others it feels powerless when running. I have a half marathon in 10 days (and another 2 weeks after that) what can I do to a, get me to the start line and keep me there and b, get rid of the fatigue once and for all? (1:00)
  • I have "sticky" nerves and have some flossing to do I also have really tight hamstrings. Could I be at risk of tearing them if I sprint too hard without warming up. What can I do to slowly stretch them? (4:20)
  • I've been struggling with patello femoral pain. Advised rest, squats and bridges to strengthen and a gradual return to running once I can hop on the leg. I have done all this and the pain seems to go away but as soon as I test it with a run it returns after only a few minutes. Pain starts located under outside of kneecap but then radiates around knee and up and down leg. Impact seems to trigger it but it then hurts after especially on stairs or slopes. I can squat and do bridges etc pain free but weight bearing hurts especially on stairs. Do I just need to rest more? (12:00)
  • I have had an issue with my left knee for about a month now, its difficult to pinpoint the pain. But it feels like over and under and sometimes it feels like it’s at the back of my knee. It’s not painful when I walk or do strengthening, but I do feel it. I have noticed it goes away after a couple of km’s but it does come back especially going downhill. I have had physio, but doesn’t seem to help. So now I am wondering if I should go see my dr for an MRI / X-ray? Swelling was there a few weeks ago, nothing anymore. Just the annoying pain that comes and goes as the knee bends etc. (19:30)
