Full Body Circuit focusing on Glute Med, Hip Drop, Hamstrings, Core and Calves

Equipment: 

  • A chair
  • Weight e.g. kettlebell, dumbbell or, barbell
  • A wall
  • A block/cushion (something light)

Exercises: 3 x 60 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)

  • Iso Hammy Holds (3 x 5 secs)
  • Glute marches
  • Glute iso holds (3 x 10 secs)
  • Raised foot calf raises
  • Raised foot RDL
  • Kane tap to step up

Core 2 x 20 secs

  • Pass hands to feet
  • Russian reach
