Full Body Circuit: Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes and Core

Equipment: 

  • Step or stack of books
  • A weight (dumbbells and Kettlebell are ideal)
  • Chair
  • Foam Roller

Exercises: 3 x 40 secs on 10 secs off

  • Front foot elevated squat
  • Hip Thrust
  • Hammy roll outs
  • Dead Bugs
  • Russian raises
  • Skater Squats
  • Pogos or calf raises
