Equipment:
- A chair/box
- Weight - Kettlebell and dumbbells are ideal
- Towel
Exercises: 3 x 50 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)
- Single leg RDL
- Split squat with rotation
- Squat jump
- Calf Pulses
- Bulgarian jumps
Core - 3 x 20 secs on 10 secs off
- Side dip to high knee
- Double dead bugs
- Russian twists
