Full Body Circuit: Hamstrings, Feet, Ankles, Glutes, Quads, Arms and Core

Equipment: 

  • A chair/box
  • Weight - Kettlebell and dumbbells are ideal
  • Towel

Exercises: 3 x 50 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)

  • Single leg RDL
  • Split squat with rotation
  • Squat jump
  • Calf Pulses
  • Bulgarian jumps

Core - 3 x 20 secs on 10 secs off

  • Side dip to high knee
  • Double dead bugs
  • Russian twists
