Full Body Circuit focusing on glutes and core

Equipment: Tree/lamppost/pillar (something a resistance band will go round) if you don't have this don't worry I will show you how to do it without it, a long resistance band, a resistance band made in a loop (can be the same as the long one), 2 weights e.g. dumbbells, cans or water bottles
