Full Body Circuit focusing on Core, Glutes, Hamstrings, Arms and Calfs
Equipment:
- 2 x weights; dumbbells, water bottles or cans
- 2 x resistance bands in a loop (you can just use one)
- Chair/box (make sure it is sturdy you will need to stand on it)
- Sliders/cardboard box (I will show you how to do the exercise if you don't have sliders)
- Step/book/block to stand on
