Full Body Eccentric Circuit (great for hilly and downhill races)

Equipment: Some form of weight e.g. backpack with books, kettle bell or dumbbells a chair/sofa, socks if you are on a slippery floor or some cardboard boxes if you are on a carpet to help you slide (or you can get fancy sliders)
