Full Body Circuit focusing on Posterior Chain, Hips, Quads, Hamstrings and Core
Equipment:
- A chair
- A resistance band in a loop
- Weight e.g. kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell or back pack with books in it
Exercises: 3 x 30 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)
- Jump Lunges (3 x 3 x 15 secs on 10 secs off)
- Jump forward and up
- Single leg RDL
- Band March
- Hammy Raises
- Core: Scissors, double taps, holds (20 secs each exercise 20 secs rest)
