Full Body Circuit focusing on Posterior Chain, Hips, Quads, Hamstrings and Core

Equipment: 

  • A chair
  • A resistance band in a loop
  • Weight e.g. kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell or back pack with books in it

Exercises: 3 x 40 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)

  • Jump Lunges (3 x 3 x 15 secs on 10 secs off)
  • Jump forward and up
  • Single leg RDL
  • Band March
  • Hammy Raises
  • Core: Scissors, double taps, holds (20 secs each exercise 20 secs rest)
