Full Body Circuit: Glutes, Glute Med, Arms, Tib Ant and Calves

Equipment: 

  • Step or stack of books
  • A weight (dumbbells are ideal)
  • Resistance Band in a loop
  • A Wall

Exercises: 3 x 30 secs on 10 secs off

  • Wall lean toe raises
  • Glute med wall push
  • Wall calf raises
  • Band marches
  • Since leg calf raise
  • Reverse lunge to high knee
  • Bent over row
