- A weight (dumbbells are ideal)
- Resistance Band in a loop
- A Wall
Exercises: 3 x 50 secs on 10 secs off
- Wall lean toe raises
- Glute med wall push
- Wall calf raises
- Band marches
- Since leg calf raise
- Reverse lunge to high knee
- Bent over row
