Full Body Circuit focusing on Posterior Chain, Quad Strength and Abs
Equipment: You can do this circuit all without weight but if you want to add some weights find some form of weight e.g. backpack with books, kettle bell, dumbbells or water bottle. You also need a chair/box, socks if you are on a slippery floor or some cardboard boxes if you are on a carpet to help you slide (or you can get fancy sliders), and a wedge to go under your heel e.g. Yoga block, book or towel.
