Full Body Circuit: Eccentric focus, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves and Quads
Equipment:
- Box/Chair
- Sofa to hook your feet under or someone to hold your feet (if you don't have either option I will show you an alternative exercise)
- A cushion/box
- Weights if you want to incorporate them
- Resistance band if you don't want to use a weight
Exercises: 3 x 40 secs on 10 secs off
- Squat to chair -> jump
- Foot elevated split squat
- Nordics
- Single leg knee tap
- BOR
- Calf pulses
- Double dead bugs
