Full Body Circuit: Glutes, Core, Plyometrics, Knee Drive, Hamstrings and Hips

Equipment: 

  • 2 x books to raise your heels up
  • A weight
  • A resistance band in a loop
  • Chair/sofa/box

Exercises: 3 x 45 secs on 10 secs off (unless otherwise stated)

  • Overhead squat
  • Single leg RDL to one drive
  • Hip Thrusts
  • Standing jumps (x6)
  • Single leg glute bridge
  • Banded hammy curls
  • Side plank with knee raise
