  • In November I'm doing my first back to back ultra event, 110km over 2 days. I've done several single day ultras. Any tips for completing back to back events? Presumably I need to manage my pace on day 1 so I can still run day2? (00:00) Multi day stretching routine
  • For marathon program you prepared for you there is a carb load on Saturday before the race on Sunday. What are the different strategies for carbs load? Does it make sence to increase the intake of carbs throughout the whole week instead of one day? (04:30)
  • We all know that for a distance race (marathon and beyond) we should rein ourselves in, start at the intended planned pace and stick to plan. That's fine on a flat race where you know there are no excessive undulations and maintaining a steady average pace throughout is achievable. How would you recommend we should make adjustments on a hilly race, which has some beastly hills well into the race, or in a race that has a downhill first few miles (or a race that has both!)   • Any advice on changing from Garmin to Coros? I’m looking for a training watch that has a battery life for longer than 10 hours. Currently I train with the Garmin Fenix 5 and it only just makes it to 9 hours for ultras (it does inspire me to run quicker!). (15:00) DC Rainmaker website
