- I have an injury my psoas and it’s being treated under an NHS physio. There is still discomfort in hip but it's only about L1-2. Is it better to do more frequent shorter runs say 2-4m say 5x a week or ok to do a couple of 10k and a longer one as I build back up? (44:50)
