Focus: Upper body strength session - you can pair this with a core session if you can't do anything lower body at the moment

Equiptment:

  • Chair
  • 2 x weights (dumbbells, cans, water bottles)
  • 1 box that you can fit your hands on shoulder width apart or two piles of books or 2 x yoga blocks
  • Resistance band (optional)
